A travel mug designed for drivers and sold at Orlen stations. The product combines function with the brand identity: a red and black color scheme, an ergonomic grip and a leak-proof lid with a locking mechanism.

The process
Concept & ergonomics
Shaping the mug around the driver's needs: it fits car cup holders, is easy to grab with one hand and stands on a stable base.
3D modeling
Precise modeling of the mug body in Fusion 360. A parametric approach allowed fast iterations on the shape, wall thickness and the details of the lid mechanism.
Brand alignment
Matching the colors to Orlen's visual identity: corporate red on the body, a black lid and a red locking element as the brand accent.
