The process
3D modeling
Building a precise 3D model of the injection mold that accounts for production requirements: tolerances, draft angles and parting lines.
Injection mold
Developing the mold geometry for plastic injection molding. The organic, rounded silhouette calls for carefully chosen parting surfaces.
Rendering & visualization
Photorealistic 3D renders that capture materials, lighting and surface texture. The visualizations are used to present the concept to the client.
